BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE / PRIVACY

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Built For Performance (BFP) is a US-based online fitness, nutrition, and performance coaching business. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our website, lead forms, challenge registration, and coaching services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide when contacting BFP, registering for coaching, completing Everfit intake forms, or communicating with us may include your name, email address, phone number, fitness goals, training experience, and preferences. If you submit a Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead form, BFP may receive the information included in that form. During coaching and intake, you may voluntarily provide health-related information, such as injuries, limitations, relevant medical history, nutrition habits, measurements, and progress records. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or coaching. Website and advertising-related information is described in Section 4.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use registration, intake, and progress information to respond to inquiries, onboard clients, provide and personalize coaching, track progress, and communicate about your program. Payment-related information supports billing and payment processing. Coaching information, including voluntarily provided health-related information, serves a different purpose from website interaction data used for advertising measurement. We may also use contact information to communicate about BFP programs or offers, subject to applicable requirements and your preferences. You can request that BFP stop sending marketing messages by emailing kyle@coachbfp.com; where an unsubscribe option is provided, you can also use that option. Program, billing, or other service-related communications may continue separately from marketing.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SHARING

BFP uses Framer for its website, Meta advertising and Meta Pixel, Everfit for coaching and intake, and Stripe for payments. Information submitted through, or collected by, these services may be processed by the relevant provider according to its role, settings, terms, and privacy policy. Everfit supports coaching and intake information; Stripe processes payment information; Framer supports website operation; and Meta supports advertising and website event measurement. Provider practices may differ from BFP’s practices, and this policy does not guarantee how a provider stores, secures, retains, or deletes information. We may disclose information when required by law or to address legal, safety, or security matters. BFP does not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures may nevertheless qualify as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws, depending on the actual processing and applicable definitions.

4. COOKIES, PIXELS & ADVERTISING

BFP uses Meta Pixel in connection with its website and Meta advertising. The Pixel and other website technologies may collect or transmit website interaction and technical information, such as pages visited, events, IP address, browser or device details, and cookie identifiers, depending on their configuration and your settings. Meta may use this information for advertising measurement, audience features, and ad delivery under its own policies. This website-event processing is separate from the health-related and intake information you voluntarily provide for coaching through Everfit. This policy does not describe that coaching intake information as advertising data. Browser settings and Meta’s privacy and advertising controls may offer choices about cookies and ads; their availability and effect vary, and they may not stop every form of data collection. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect website functionality.

5. STORAGE, SECURITY & RETENTION

Information may be held in BFP’s business records and in systems operated by the providers involved in website operation, coaching, communication, and payments. Security depends in part on the systems and providers used; no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy makes no claim of a particular technical safeguard, security certification, or guaranteed level of protection. Retention may vary by record type, service needs, provider practices, and applicable legal or business requirements. BFP does not specify a fixed retention period or promise immediate or complete removal from all systems or backups. Deletion requests are considered as described in Section 6, and provider-held records may be subject to separate procedures and requirements.

6. YOUR CHOICES & PRIVACY RIGHTS

To request access, correction, or deletion of information, or to ask BFP to stop marketing communications, email kyle@coachbfp.com. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights concerning copies of information or certain advertising-related uses. BFP may need information to verify your identity and understand the request. The action available may depend on applicable law, the records involved, BFP’s access to those records, and any requirements to retain them. This policy does not promise a particular response or deletion timeline; any applicable legal requirements still govern. Removing information needed for coaching may affect BFP’s ability to provide that service. For information a provider handles independently, you may need to use that provider’s privacy controls or request process. BFP cannot guarantee deletion from a provider’s systems or backups.

7. POLICY UPDATES & CONTACT

We may update this policy as our services or information practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact Built For Performance at kyle@coachbfp.com.
